Hi, my name’s Ben.

Meaningful Dialogue showcases my experience in public sector performance reporting, corporate communications and reputation management.

This site explains what I do, as well as what’s important to me.

How can I help you?

I help improve non-financial performance measurement, governance and reporting for Australian Government departments.

I provide communications advice to build and protect corporate reputation. I can help with communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, profile building, copywriting and change communications.

I predominantly work with future-focused leaders in the public sector, professional services, and technology companies.

I can help:

  • Review and strengthen performance reporting for Australian Government agencies.

  • Create written communication that cuts through and better tells your organisational story.

  • Communicate change in a positive way and bring your people on the journey.

  • Build and protect your corporate reputation.

If you need to be seen, be heard, and be understood, you need Meaningful Dialogue.

Why Meaningful Dialogue?

The essence of public relations is effective communication between an organisation and its stakeholders: the people and other organisations that have an interest in it, or are affected by it. Meaningful dialogue underpins this. It creates the basis for mutual trust and understanding and builds connections. In enhancing stakeholder relationships, meaningful dialogue is also critical in protecting corporate reputation.
